GROUP
TRAINING
With
over twenty-five years experience of teaching and training large
numbers of adults and children, Bruce can truly claim to be a master
at designing customized programs for group exercise. Whether keeping
24 football players working hard in the weight room, creating a
circuit training class for adults utilizing balls, bands, and body
weight or teaching school secretaries how to exercise to increase
bone strength; Bruce has done it all. Stop by the Middlesex School
on a clear fall day and you will observe him leading on-field warm-ups
for the mens' and womens' soccer teams, running basketball and
hockey players through a pre-season workout and finishing by training
the field hockey team.

FIT-TO-GO has
contracted with local area hockey, basketball, and lacrosse teams
as well as groups of adults seeking to enhance their overall fitness
and wellness. If you are a part of a group that has clear goals
to accomplish, FIT-TO-GO can help you
get there.

Here
is what one personal trainer has to say about Bruce:
"I've
known Bruce for years both professionally and personally. I have
read his articles, observed his training sessions, listened to
him speak, and watched him interact with clients. He has encouraged
me and helped me in my own career path as a personal trainer. On
all accounts and on all fronts, Bruce has been an inspiring professional. He
teaches, motivates and helps people improve their lives with his
extensive knowledge and engaging personal skills.
I have
used Bruce’s articles from the Boston Globe for my clients
and have had Bruce speak in a class that I lead on nutritional,
physical and emotional balance. Not surprisingly, Bruce’s
knowledge and strong communication skills made the session a huge
success. His articles about balance and stretching have been particularly
helpful in my own work. I work primarily with middle-aged men and
women and issues of balance, flexibility and posture are always
relevant. I have incorporated his exercises in my programs and
have seen much improvement in my clients' quality of life.
I look
forward to Bruce’s future endeavors. I am convinced that
as a leader in the field, Bruce’s innovative approach, extensive
knowledge and ability to relate to many different populations will
be a welcome addition to the fitness world."
