SUMMER
2008 STRENGTH FIT-TO-GO is running group training sessions for aspiring and accomplished student-athletes this summer, over a six-week period from July 14 - August 21 on the campus of the Middlesex School in Concord, MA. Each session meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings, from 5-7 PM. Participants learn state-of-the-art training techniques for developing and improving the skills necessary for athletic performance. The program focuses on aspects of speed, acceleration, agility, flexibility, mobility, and overall conditioning. Student-athletes are taught proper weight training form as they develop muscular endurance, strength, and power. Careful attention is paid to core strength/stability and maintaining good posture. While it is strongly recommended that participants attend all six weeks to maximize results, there is a minimum three week requirement. Enrollment is kept low to guarantee great coach-to-athlete ratios and so that participants may enjoy full use of the excellent athletic facilities. Download
